If the event is cancelled more than 10 days in advance of the Check-in Date then no cancellation charges
will be applicable.
If the event is cancelled 5 to 10 days in advance of the Check-in Date then you will be liable to pay 25%
of the total package cost for the minimum guaranteed pax.
If the event is cancelled 3 to 5 days in advance of the Check-in Date then you will be liable to pay 50% of
the total package cost for the minimum guaranteed pax.
An advance once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances after 48 hours before check in
time . There are no adjustments for late arrivals or early departures. In the event of “No Shows” the
customer will be charged the full amount of the reserved time.
